MuChip currently has openings in the following areas: RF IC Design Engineers -- Hsinchu You will be responsible for designing CMOS RF, analog, and
mixed-signal integrated circuits for commercial wireless transceiver IC
products. Candidates must have an MSEE with direct thesis work or a BSEE
with 2+ years hands-on experience in designing RF ICs (1-5 GHz) such as
LNA, mixer, AGC, gm-C filter, modulator, demodulator, PLL, VCO, PA, etc.
using a CMOS or BiCMOS process. Senior RF IC Design Engineers -- Hsinchu You will be a lead IC designer for the development of CMOS RF, analog, and mixed-signal integrated circuits for commercial wireless transceiver IC products. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in EE with direct thesis work or an MSEE with 5+ years hands-on experience in designing RF ICs (1-5 GHz) such as LNA, mixer, AGC, gm-C filter, modulator, demodulator, PLL, VCO, PA, etc. using a CMOS or BiCMOS process.
You will lead a team and participate in the hands-on engineering
for the development of commercial wireless transceiver IC products. Candidates
must have a MSEE. in EE and 10+ years industry experience with a minimum
of 5 years hands-on experience in designing RF ICs (1-5 GHz) such as LNA,
mixer, AGC, gm-C filter, modulator, demodulator, PLL, VCO, PA, etc. using
a CMOS or BiCMOS process. You must have good management and communication
skills and a successful track record in IC product design. RF System Engineers--Hsinchu You will be a responsible system engineer and project manager for the development of commercial wireless transceiver IC and module products from concept to production. Candidates must have at least an MSEE with 3+ years hands-on experience in designing PCB- or module-level RF systems. You must have extensive radio transceiver architecture knowledge. IC experience is a plus. Senior IC Layout Designers -- Hsinchu You will be responsible for analog and RF block layout, block and chip level floorplanning, and layout verification (DRC & LVS) for the development of highly integrated CMOS RF transceivers. Candidates must have at least an AA degree in EE with 2+ years experience in analog or mixed signal layout with CMOS or BiCMOS processes.
