FS2252 High Data Rate 2.4GHz RF Transceiver (Draft Feature)

The FS2252 is a single-chip 2.4GHz FSK High Data Rate RF Transceiver. The FS2252 uses the Standard CMOS process to offer a complete FSK RF Transceiver solution with 4Mbps, small size, low power consumption, minimum external parts and high reliability.

The FS2252 uses a direct modulation PLL in transmitter and a quadrature demodulation in receiver. A reduced off chip filter is realized by the low IF RX architecture. All the PLLs and VCOs are integrated on chip.
