MU2400 Low Current 2.4GHz RF Transceiver (Draft Feature)

The MU2400 is a single-chip 2.4GHz GFSK Low Data Rate RF Transceiver. The MU2400 uses the Standard CMOS process to offer a complete GFSK RF Transceiver solution with 1Mbps, small size, low power consumption, minimum external parts and high reliability.

The MU2400 uses a direct modulation PLL in transmitter and a quadrature demodulation in receiver. A reduced off chip filter is realized by the low IF RX architecture. All the PLLs and VCOs are integrated on chip. Download MU2400 datasheet.
