FS2251 2.4GHz RF TX/RX IC Pair (Draft Feature)

The FS2251 is a single-chip 2.4GHz FSK RF Transmitter/Receiver. The FS2251 uses the Standard CMOS process to offer a complete FSK Modulator/RF Transmitter solution with small size, low power consumption, minimum external parts and high reliability.

FS2251 uses an open loop modulation method. A reduced filter count is realized by using open loop modulation method. All the PLLs and VCOs are integrated on chip.

FS2251 uses a quadrature demodulation method. A reduced off chip filter is realized by the low IF architecture. All the PLLs and VCOs are integrated on chip.
